The Birrificio Lambrate was the first producer of craft beer in Milan and until recently, it was the only one.
We began in 1996 with a daily production of 150 liters of three beers:
Montestella
,
Porpora
and
Lambrate
.
In 1998 we increased production to 500 liters per day and added
Sant’Ambroeus
and
Ghisa
.
By 2003 we were making 1000 liters of beer a day and we had added two others:
Brighella
and
Domm
Today our production has risen to 1000 liters of beer a day and we have added
Bricòla
to our stable of fine craft beers.
