We began in 1996 with a daily production of 150 liters of three beers: Montestella, Porpora and Lambrate. In 1998 we increased production to 500 liters per day and added Sant’Ambroeus and Ghisa. By 2003 we were making 1000 liters of beer a day and we had added two others: Brighella and Domm. Today our production has risen to 2000 liters of beer a day and we have added Bricòla, Ligera and Dees to our stable of fine craft beers.
