In 1996, Davide, Fabio and Gianpaolo had an idea, or rather, the determination, to open a bar. They were young people with a taste for more authentic, less global way of life.

But to open a bar like this, with the drink that today is ever-more popular, beer, required from the start a proper beer, which could only be a craft beer. At this point, Davide's father, Franco* suggested that they start making their own.

 
And here they are today with their craft beer, or better still, their seven different kinds of craft beer.
